Return Policy

At The Tennis Depot, we are committed to offering the best selection of tennis products and game-improvement gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Select the order you wish to return.

  4. Choose the items for return if your order includes multiple products.

  5. Select a return reason and add a note if needed.

  6. Click “Submit Request.”

  • If approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

  • Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $50 qualify for a free prepaid FedEx Ground return label, provided the remaining order value stays above $50 (pre-tax).

  • Limit: 1 free return label per order.

  • Free return labels are valid only within the continental United States.

  • If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you can request a return label for a $6.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please retain tracking information.

  • Prepaid return labels allow you to drop off your package at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Racquet and Paddle Returns & Exchanges

  • Must be in new, unused condition with the original plastic covering on the handle.

  • Ensure racquets or paddles are properly protected for shipping.

  • For racquets strung by Tennis Express, string costs are non-refundable.

  • Used racquets are final sale.

  • For warranty claims, visit our Racquet Warranty page.

Apparel Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.

  • Used or washed apparel cannot be accepted due to safety concerns.

  • Manufacturers do not provide warranties on apparel.

Drop Ship Returns

  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested before returning drop-shipped items. Email info@thetennisdepot.com for authorization.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
